Welcome to the Speakeasy Lounge, a private membership community designed to foster meaningful discussions, provide exclusive content, and offer a supportive environment for its members. By joining this community, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.
1. Membership and Revocation Rights
- Membership in the Speakeasy Lounge is a privilege, not a right. We reserve the right to revoke membership at any time, for any reason, without refund, including but not limited to violations of this agreement, disruptive behavior, or any actions deemed harmful to the community. This is at the owners' discretion.
- Membership grants access to exclusive content, discussions, and events within the Lounge but does not guarantee ongoing participation or entitlement to specific interactions.
2. Copyright and Confidentiality
- All content shared within the Speakeasy Lounge is copyright-protected and is the intellectual property of Blake Guichet & the Crappy Christian Co. Members may not share, screenshot, record, distribute, or repurpose any content from the Lounge, including posts, live sessions, videos, written materials, or discussions, without explicit written permission.
- Violation of this confidentiality agreement may result in immediate termination of membership and potential legal action.

3. Code of Conduct
- The Speakeasy Lounge is a kind, respectful, and welcoming space. Members are expected to engage in discussions with courtesy and integrity.
- Harassment, hate speech, bullying, trolling, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate membership revocation.
- Disagreements are natural, but members must express differing opinions respectfully. Personal attacks, threats, or inflammatory language are strictly prohibited.
4. Access to Blake
- Membership does not grant members direct or unlimited access to Blake Guichet.
- Interaction within the community is encouraged, but members should not expect personal responses to every message, DM, or inquiry.
- Official office hours for engagement within the Lounge are Mondayā€“Thursday, 12:00 PM ā€“ 5:00 PM CST. Responses outside these hours may be limited.
5. Membership Fees & Refund Policy
- Membership fees are billed on a monthly basis and are non-refundable once payment has been processed.
- Members may cancel their subscription at any time, but cancellations do not entitle members to refunds for any unused portion of their subscription.
6. Liability Disclaimer
- The Speakeasy Lounge provides educational, inspirational, and community-driven content. Nothing shared within the Lounge should be construed as professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.
- Members participate at their own risk. Blake Guichet is not liable for any decisions, actions, or consequences resulting from discussions or materials shared within the Lounge.
7. Modifications to This Agreement
- This agreement may be updated at any time to reflect changes in community guidelines, legal requirements, or operational needs.
- Members will be notified of any significant changes, and continued participation in the Lounge signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Agreement Acknowledgment
By joining the Speakeasy Lounge, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
